- Raffle draw is on December 13, 2021, supervised by a DTI representative.
- Promo conditions must be secured on or before December 12, 2021, until 11:59 PM only.
- A participant can only win once. If a name wins more than once he/she will get the higher prize.
- Raffle prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- The 20% Prize Tax for all the prizes exceeded to Php10,000.00 will be shouldered by Iontech Inc.
- Raffle prizes are transferable provided that the winner provides a written endorsement letter together with a photocopy of their passport or a valid ID with specimen signature submitted to Iontech Inc. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize.
- Winner/s will be notified via registered mail, phone call and e-mail.
- Employees of Iontech Inc. and dealers and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to participate in the promo.
- Announcement of winners will be posted at JBL Facebook page.
- Prize will be delivered to his/her registered address by any available courier. Winner should present the following for verification:
- Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or Original Receipt)
- One (1) valid ID (passport, UMID, driver’s license, PRC ID, etc)
- Redemption period is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
